"Amber the GM of this location was very efficient in helping me with my membership. Most gyms usually get a bad reputation because people only review them whenever something goes wrong. But Amber helped me reinstate my gym membership."
"I absolutely love this gym and all of the equipment available for use. Staff is great, accommodates many people, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend there be more 5lb plates available for lifters, some of the machines' pads are terribly torn and should be replaced, and the weight holders are either broken or missing. One of my biggest complaints is that there are ants all over the women's locker room and within the lockers. Other than that, a great workout environment."
"Love the variety of machines and equipment but way too many are missing weight labels and/or broken adjustment pins. Plates and dumbbells are never put away or organized which I understand is difficult especially for a 24-hour gym, but come on. At least make an effort for the late night/early morning members. Maybe put up more signs so that more mature and caring members can contribute and help put away dumbbells and plates. There are zero or too few 2.5lb and 5lb plates for the number of racks and barbells. A lot of the cable machines aren’t maintained so the tension is inconsistent. If there was any other 24-hour gym with reasonable pricing in the area I would go there"
"I started going last month. The staff is neutral, not bad but okay. The only thing I dislike is how it feels like they don't maintenance or replace their broken machine. There's grips that are all torn off, the adductor machine is completely out of commission, and there's always 2 out of order treadmills or stairs."
"I’m new to the gym now on my tenth day..at first was somewhat afraid but the employees were very nice and helpful! Been seeing results slowly but surely, it does get crowed but as long as you focus on oneself and be ready to wait for your next available machine you’ll be fine ! Great atmosphere"
