"It seems like every time I dine here, there's something wrong. This time, I was dining with my 4 grandchildren and 4 adults. It was busy, however there was only one waitress. So, this meant everything was SLOW. The wrong foods were taken to our table, I had to ask for silverware SEVERAL times, and to make matters worse, my granddaughter fell off the bench. You would think a staff member would come over to see if she was ok...that did not happen. They just kept walking by. When it was time to get our ticket to pay for our meal, we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the ticket ( I actually walked to the register and requested it). Walked back to my table and had to wait again for 20 minutes. So, I walked back to the counter for the staff member to tell me I had to wait for my waitress. I'm pretty sure I won't be dining here again. And since I paid for everyone's meal at our table, it was a horrible experience for me."

"It was a great experience eating at this restaurant.... The only thing they are missing to offer is beat box drinks... I think I would be a great idea for your menu. The green apple and the fruit punch would be great"

"This was the second time we tried this location. Worst service and food ever. Waited 15 min to be seated, and we had to ask someone where we could sit. There were only 3 tables full at 4:30pm, so they were not busy. Waited 25 min before going to the back and asking if anyone was working so they could take our order. The manager was sitting down with 3 other employees at a near by booth at the time, and not once did he acknowledge us. Even after this clown show, he never came out to apologize. All the staff was in the back hanging out when I went back there to try and get someone to take our order. Never coming back here again!"

"Very very busy, game night, didn't expect a greeting. Found a table with friends who arrived earlier. The online ordering went pretty smoothly. It's a little messy and the app doesn't ask you the questions like a server would. So I got some sweet, unappealing dressing. The app checkout process though, not great, first attempt - tech difficulties, second - order is paid for, third (next day) we had an open ticket and paid it automatically with 18% gratuity (gutsy considering my experience) reconsider that Buffalo. Service was as good as can considering the noise and busyness. 3 stars because of the app getting in the way. Cheeseburger was fine. Wings were good, good variety of styles and sauces at the table. Honestly, because of the difference the cauliflower were standout. The salad was a sham, not a keeper and was supposed to replace fries so I believe I was up sold on that."

"Buffalo Wild Wings here in Oxnard was pretty off the other night. It was a bit after 10pm when we came inside and they don’t close till 12am. The entire dining room was already shut down and the outside area. No one ever greeted us near the door inside, no one ever sat us or acknowledge use for quite some time. Another guest had come in and said maybe we just sit ourselves, so we did that. And still no one from the restaurant came over to help us or talk to us. We were looking at the QR menus on our phones and maybe 25mins passed and finally a waitress came over took our drink order and gave use some paper menus. The place wasn’t busy at all yet the food and the service took extremely long the entire night. A total of 5 of us sat and ate. Food was very subpar the other night, tasted kinda old and over cooked and cold somehow. We ordered some tots, one with chicken and one with brisket and they had maybe 2 ounces of meat on the item. The waitress was still doing her best, seemingly alone and was kind but we didn’t get out of there till maybe right at 12am. Definitely don’t recommend this place any time soon and I won’t be back to this location willingly for some time either. Please do better cause the food used to be pretty decent here and the service."
