Gen Korean BBQ House

"It is so bad to have dinner here. Although there are lots of table empty, you still need to wait very long time since only one staff is cleaning. They raise the price but make you waiting longer for the “wrong”food. We get the sauces after we ask for sauces four times and already finished half of the meal. Furthermore, the different staff gives us different combination of sauces. One of the combinations is (salt, empty, empty), lmao. Finally, we still don’t have the corn cheese we ordered because the staff like to talk together with Spanish toward the kitchen. So messy management here. Rubbish dinner experience forever!!!"

"Really had a pretty negative experience there this evening, none of which was related to the food. Food was excellent. Unfortunately, after being told that the wait was 45 minutes-- no problem, the place is popular-- we were texted in 10 and told that our table was ready. Well, we had stepped around the corner for a drink expecting a much longer wait. One of us quickly went neck to the restaurant and was told the only way to hold the table was for her to stay at the table...a table for 4 that they wanted to seat 5 of us at. Overall, just to many blunders. As stated previously, food was excellent and the staff worked hard to get the overall experience out of the whole. Unfortunately, the start of the evening just set an overall bad vibe."

"We had an amazing time! Right from the beginning there was an amazing feel with the lighting and smiling faces. We had about a 10 min. expected wait time, which didn't exceed that. Service was quick and attentive, exceptional I'd say. Food was even better. 10/10"

"We recently dined at this Korean restaurant that really impressed me. The place was clean and upscale, with a friendly vibe right from the entrance. Despite being busy, we were seated immediately, which was great. What stood out most was the meat quality. It was clearly premium, and for an all-you-can-eat at about $35 per person, the value was excellent. The cooking was quick too, so we enjoyed multiple rounds of meat without long waits. The air quality inside was notably good for a Korean BBQ place. It's the first time I've left one without smelling like smoke, thanks to their effective air system. Overall, it's a top pick for quality Korean BBQ at a reasonable price, with great service and a comfortable setting."

"If you love K-BBQ and love being rushed to get out so the next group of patrons can take your table you have found the place! Things to note before stepping in here: 1-your entire party will need to be with your group. You will not be seated even if someone in your party is using their restroom. 2-you have about 45 - 60 mins to scarf your meal before they shut your grill off. 3-staff takes there time to come by to take your next order. So we found ourselves waiting to place our order quit a bit. 4-the meats are well seasoned. Over all dining experience solid 2."
