"*Update: The owner Slav was kind enough to apologize on behalf of his managing agent- additionally, the Manager was kind enough to return the money back to my bank account. Thank you. First and foremost I’d like to thank all the maintenance workers at this facility. Secondly, I was going to give this facility a 5/5 stars but there needs to be some serious customer service training in regards to the Manager. I have skimmed through the reviews and I am not the first to highlight this issue. It's disappointing that there isn't a greater emphasis on professionalism and good, welcoming customer service from the managing positions. The Lead at recovery Ileana and Gabby are great, welcoming energies. Thank you for the service."
"I am not the type to complain or write reviews however this was a terrible experience. I’m giving this gym two stars, because the gym is clean, great machines & just a good place overall to workout. However I’m extremely upset with how billing, fees & etc works. I’ve gone numerous times in person to cancel, and contacted numerous times to cancel. Finally after 21 days, I can cancel but have to pay 69$ for a membership I don’t even use. I could’ve avoided this if the staff was more specific and actually assisted me in canceling. Great gym, terrible staff. Good luck canceling your membership."
"I was a member for about 2 years. When I tried to cancel my membership, the employees never informed me I had to do it in person and kept saying I would get a call back. I never received a call. I called dozens of times and nobody could help me with canceling my membership but everyone is able to sign you up and try to upswell merchandise? I finally went in person and was able to talk to a manager who acted as if I was lying about speaking to the employees about cancelling my membership. She STILL charged me the next month’s membership in order to cancel it without considering that I had already paid $400 for a membership I was not using. The manager Jocelyn was rude and unprofessional when it came to cancelling my membership but totally cool every time she wanted to sell me extra products… don’t go here."
"The Best Gym, I've Ever Been To. They're staff is top notch and their equipment is in great condition. The workout areas are always clean and the gym members are super friendly and respectful. If you're looking for a gym, look no further, this is the best there is in Ventura County."
