"Not a bad place to deliver to. Nose into a parking spot in the holding area off of Grocery Cove. Bring your bills CDL# trailer and tractor plate numbers and DOT# to the guard shack to check in. They will call you with your door number. The only real complaint I have is that they park their US Foods bobtails across from where we have to back into the docks making it a rather challenging back. Checked in 0530 for a 0600 appointment and unloaded and out by 0900."

"Do I have to get any star?? Terrible! Driver had delivery at this place and his appointment was set for 6AM, and guess what? He is still there! He checked in 5:45AM and it’s already 2PM..don’t even know what to say,. Do not go there, carriers! They are disrespectful to drivers to keep them for that much of time. They just don’t care, and appointments mean nothing for them.."

"At least Memphis is consistent. Rude ✔️ Disrespectful ✔️ Now, I'll add dangerous ✔️ YES folks, US Foods employs a female security guard who could care less about dangerous road conditions or the semi drivers on those dangerous roads. Protocal is a must. She requires drivers to drive excessively on those bad road conditions. •There is ice and snow covering all of the roadways. •There is not a sign that says park and then walk to guard shack and sign in. And even in bad weather, she insists on drivers parking and walking to the guard shack in a congested area on ice and snow. There are semi trucks piled everywhere and she said, there is plenty of parking. Ummm, No ma'ma there is not. Parking in a no parking zone on the main road is the only option. So folks, be prepared to be talked down to like your safety is no concern just to be able to sign in. Sad day when this is okay behavior which company's eagerly employ. You can literally earn a check to make life hazardous for others. Shame on the mess. US Food service, you can do better. The question is, will you? There has to be better protocal to match hazardous conditions."

"I've been here several times. Plenty of parking in the area. Check in upon arrival and they will call you when they have a door. Usually ot will be close to your appointment time. Remember to bring your truck and trailer license plate number as well as your DOT #. They unload you quickly."
