"Nice clean park. Definitely not the biggest park in town, but maintained and quite. You can hear ducks pass by which is nice as well. Enough grass area to let your dog or kids run around. Basketball courts."
"Have you been to the park lately? The grass is dead, the plants are dying, rabbits have eaten most the plants, there are pools of water in the dirt where plants used to be, trees dying or not being propped up properly so they’re growing crooked. It’s awful. I feel like I was sucked in to buying here with the promise of a nice park. I’m shocked more people haven’t complained."
"I walk this park weekly for about 3 miles and I love it. It's always clean and never too crowded. It is dog friendly and have doggie bags for poop"
"Very nice park, has a ping pong table (have to bring your own paddles and ball, & bean bags) as well as corn hole. Play area is shaded well and basketball courts are well made"
"New park at the Audie Murphy Ranch development. There is an approx. 2 mile loop of walking/running trail with lots of LED light post at night to illuminate the trail. The restrooms are well maintained, exercise stations are situated every couple of yards around the trail, and park is dog friendly."
