"To be quite honest, I was very worried driving 2+ hours to get here. I read the reviews prior to arriving and was seeing that hospitality wasn't #1. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice to my husband and I. When I got called back for medical history that lady was very nice as well. My ultrasound technician, I think this might be where people are concerned as to bedside manner. She wasn't bad by any means, and I really appreciate that she was gentle doing the ultrasound. She was a bit quiet, she did strike some conversation but not much. I think her concentration on her job could be mistaken for rudeness. I went in for a second opinion and being a facility that deals in high risk pregnancies I feel like she has every right to be a little more quiet because there's so many things to look for. I really truly believe there were no intentions to be rude. The doctor I saw, I forget his name unfortunately, he was calming in letting me know the situation of my pregnancy, was able to answer any of my questions and was able to give me some sort of direction while I wait for a high risk doctor to contact me. I did receive some cruddy news, but no one was ever rude about it. They still have signs expressing COVID-19 precautions. Children under 18 are not allowed, not even in the waiting room. The only masked person was the consulting doctor. I was not asked or required to wear a mask, wich I'm grateful for because I am already having struggles with breathing."

"4th baby & this was the worst ultrasound appointment experience. They were SO rude. The facility felt like they had no air conditioning, yet they were terrified of Covid still. They would not let my husband & I go into our 20 weeks ultrasound because we had to bring our 16 month old to the appointment. Dr. Scott said 18 & under carry the virus without symptoms. They are also pushing masks again. There were zero people in the waiting room. Stay far away from this fear mongering facility!!"

"The providers in this office do not communicate with the patient. I had a similar experience to another reviewer who said that they did not explain that the ultrasound am would be more in depth. I was told I would be having a growth ultrasound (when I arrived) and then was billed for multiple in depth tests that I was not aware they were performing. They don’t discuss anything with you upfront and afterwords all I got from the consultation was that the baby looked good so I’m not sure why other tests were performed."
