I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails on the owner's cell phone, left messages with the office staff, and even sent text messages. If you decide to use them, make sure you hold a large amount of the payment at the end so they finish. I am now having to hire someone else to finish the job..."

"My wife and I are so thrilled with our 1300 sq. ft. condo after Welby Construction completely remodeled it for us. We met with several contractors but Ed from Welby Construction was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He took the time to listen to our ideas and help us determine how to accomplish all of it and more. The new cabinets look amazing with our granite counter tops in the kitchen. People now tell us they feel like they are in a spa when they see all the tiles in our new bathrooms.
