"“Kelly, Kelly, kelly”, remember this name please. She is a beautiful girl with wonderful skills. I had three times eyeliner tattoo with uneven color and shape before I met kelly. I felt there was no hope to change them right unless I did laser removal until god bring me to meet Kelly. Her beautiful countenance and graceful demeanor are very appealing to me. My intuition tells me that she can be trusted. And I was right. Kelly talked to me very kindly. She told me not to worry. She will help to correct them for me. Then she did it. I finished the touching up today. My eyes Look wonderful and I love them. Specially those two wings. During the procedure kelly was very pay attention to details.
