"After a very stressful, cross country move pampering was MUCH needed. My daughter and I were walk-ins, but were told they had availability if we could wait. That was fine. Once we were seated, our services were very rushed. The type of pedicure was determined by the nail techs as that choice was never given. We recieved the basics in every way. I was very displeased in the way our paid services were rushed and the results of said services. The polish looks great, everything else you expect from a pedicure - not so much."

"I met Dustin several years ago after another local Nail salon performed shoddy work on my nails. I wanted french tips and they were thick and uneven. I walked into Happy Nails and showed my nails to Dustin and when I left the visit I was very pleased. I have learned to not write reviews until a nail salon can show consistency. Happy Nails has done just that. I have continued to receive consistent professional services from Dustin and Hannah. I have seen the work of others in the salon and it looks amazing also, but I personally have only had Dustin and Hannah for my manicures and pedicures. Thank you Dustin for your consistent talent and the education you provide on nail care when I need it!"

"Time Wasted and They Don't Even Care! I tried this place, for several months thinking I'd become a regular. The lady doing my acrylics nailed it, but getting another appointment? Forget about it! Dustin, the owner, loves walk-ins and couldn't care less about the appointments. I had a 6 PM appointment today for a fill w a specific person, but no one even looked my way when I got there. I announced my arrival to her, she looked at me and acknowledged me. I told her "I am here for my 6pm appointment with you, on time at 6 PM." She ignored me and kept working. After 20 minutes, I asked what's up. Dustin said "5 minutes," but that turned into forever while I got ignored. I checked earlier reviews, and guess what? They have a history of blowing off appointments and not caring about the customers. Time is golden and being polite doesn't cost a thing. After waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment, I said, "Guess I need to make another appointment, since you're not keeping this one." I got no response. Maybe they would've reacted if I made a scene and announced, "I'm out. You don't care about my time or me coming back!" But that's not likely. Take a look at the signs scribbled on the walls. Dustin's big "I don't take complaints" message. Funny, considering the place is called "Happy Nails" - there's nothing happy about it. They just lost a loyal customer, and honestly, they don't seem bothered."

"Dustin does so goood! I’ve been here many times they are super gentle, I normally get the full set of acrylics. Only con is it takes forever to get started I always make an appointment before coming in and each time I wait at least a couple hours 2-4hr after set appointment time until they get to me so make sure u have extra time, it’s worth it though if your getting designs because it’s the only place that is so accurate with a design."

"This place is the best nail salon in Dublin! I got my prom nails done here (acrylic) and then a different Gel X set, both with Dustin. He’s very talented and precise, and prices are pretty reasonable. If you show him a picture he can perfectly replicate that for you."
