"The Home Depot in Fremont, CA in beyond inept. If you call, they transfer you from person to person and nobody can ever figure out how to help. When I finally (after calling several times a week for 3 weeks) got someone to help, they provided a quote and I responded IN AN EMAIL to the quote and told them which items we chose to go with. They promptly ordered the wrong items. They said they reordered the correct items and they would be delivered 2 weeks ago. The items have not arrived and when I try to call to get help, they are back to the transferring me from line to line to line and nobody ever answers. I have been dealing with this store for this project for 6 months and they are just as bad every time. When I call corporate, they send you through 4 levels of Press 1 for installation, 2 for new or existing orders...I press the correct (and sometimes the incorrect) button and it rings to a new recording with the same options in a cycle that never stops."

"We were pleased that Home Depot has self service key duplicator. The process was super simple and menu selection was easy to understand. After the process was completed, we simply bagged our new keys, brought it up for self checkout, scanned each key and paid. Purchase complete."
