"My home had three significant issues: 1) a water leak that was causing damage to the floors, walls and subbasement; 2) rodent intrusion; and 3) extensive damage to the deck from woodpeckers. The source of all three of these problems was properly diagnosed, transparently explained to us, and fixed in an aesthetic and apparently structurally sound manner. Each and every rodent hole was found and patched- now I don't have rats in my home. The deck boards were removed and replaced with James Hardie siding- the woodpeckers gave up on pecking on my home. Multiple other contractors have worked on the water leak issue- none properly diagnosed the issue and in fact they provided band aid fixes that did not solve the underlying problem. Those band aid fixes have only cost us more money and stress. Broadhead Construction is the first to truly solve the problem. With Broadhead Construction, you are getting a contractor who cares and is honest. 100% enthusiastic recommendation."
