"My recent experience at Dunn Edwards was fantastic. My house was painted with Dunn Edwards paint 10 years ago. I needed some more paint but the label with the color was pretty tore up and you could not see the color. I took a picture of the label and they were not only able to tell me the color, but they produced a hand written 3” x 5” card with paint sample on the card from 10 years ago. I was helped by Jose and Sam and both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. They helped us pick out some brushes and educated us on a few painting tips. They load the paint in your car for you and the entire customer experience was very good. I highly recommend this company. Paint Quality – The paint on my house is 10 years old and is still in very good shape. When I applied the new paint to my house there was almost no color difference between the 10 year old paint and the new paint, I was extremely impressed."
"If you live in northern California and are not as acquainted with Dunn Edwards as you might be with some other local painting supply stores, you are in for a treat! In southern California and elsewhere Dunn Edwards is considered THE choice of professional painters. For many, many years their paint has consistently proven itself to be a superior product against all competitors. They have a product for every conceivable situation and will work with you to deliver a custom solution if needed. Their primers grip and block and their top coat paints and other products go on smoothly and cover in one coat. In addition, and probably most importantly, the staff are true professionals who know the science of surface coverings and will help you make the right choices for your project. I recently had some issues with some difficult old barn timbers I was restoring and Sam and Scott and the rest of the staff at the store in Cotati (near Santa Rosa) were extremely helpful; even volunteering to come on site 20 miles away to help if I needed it. Try to find that kind of service at another store! I do not now and never have worked for them, I just love their products and service."
