"We've all been to business where salespeople and representatives are inattentive, or maybe just not very good at their jobs, however, this business offers at least two front desk salespeople who are overtly rude and disrespectful to customers they've never met. On two different occasions in the shop, and another time on the phone, they each refused to directly answer my questions, treat me with civility or provide me with clear information or service. This ended up costing me money to cancel arrangements that I'd made with a worker, and inconvenienced several people involved in my concrete pouring project. I finally took my business to a competing local landscape materials dealer, and was quite satisfied. (Wayne Anderson is clearly talking about some other type of business - Shamrock's true average is one star.)"
