He kept interrupting me, talking to me like I was stupid and a bother, sighing…what in the world? I was just calling to see if you could help me and I was polite. I’m sorry I don’t know everything about your business. It has been almost impossible to find someone to fix this item. Also he’s 4-5 weeks behind on even looking at stuff."
