"This place used to be amazing but it’s fallen apart the past year or so. We’ve been coming here for years and never had issues like this before so I don’t know what’s happening lately. I’ve been trying for over 2 months to get my son’s prescriptions refilled and they never so much as call me back. I’ve called, texted, and emailed numerous times to no reply. I showed up twice to ask them about it in person and they say they’ll do it but never do. I have had this issue with my prescription as well. We ended up having to go to another doctor."

"My daughter was moved to an inactive status due to her missing appointments. I am active duty military and a single mother. The staff literally stopped her care due to me having to work and missing her appointment. She is now home sick with an eye infection was taking to the emergency room and told to follow up with her PCP. Her PCP was told she can not come back to that doctor. This is very ridiculous. I am so disappointed in the way this situation was handled. I am struggling to find a NEW PCP while I’m deployed overseas. Very unprofessional!"

"We wanted to ask questions regarding the ingredients of the vaccines my granddaughter was scheduled to get. The nurse avoided our questions. Dr came in and we asked about an exemption due some family members suffered allergic reactions to vaccines in the past. Her response “unless your baby develops cancer, there’s no exemptions” We were shocked. “So it’s trial and error? We aren’t comfortable with that” The doctor responded “you signed a consent form, this is my office and your daughter is getting the vaccines, the nurse will be back with the vaccines” (we did not sign consent forms) just wanted to ask questions first. We left."
