W. Clay Jackson

"My Husband has been seen Dr. Jackson for the past couple of years due to his cancer! He is 85 years old and due to Dr. Jackson and his scheduling team. They made an error and scheduled him for April 3. His refill on his medication was due on March 7 which is today. I called the office three times they even lied to me and told me the prescription was approved and they would be calling it into the pharmacy and give me a courtesy call back to let me know that. Then at 4:30 they called me to tell me Dr. Jackson will not call in the prescription because he has not seen My Husband for 90 days which is not My Husband‘s fault. It was due to Dr. Jackson and his scheduling teams fault they scheduled My Husband for April 3 and he should’ve been seen before March 7. Do you know what one nurse told me oh you need to take a bubble bath and maybe you and your husband should have some wine tonight first of all we do not drink alcohol second of all isn’t that a lovely prescription to tell a patient! And I let them know it Was Dr. Jackson and his scheduling teams mistake and even the people I talk to from the office agreed it was their mistake not ours so I asked could he call in enough medication until they’ll fit us in on the 12th but no not they would not do that! I am a retired nurse and all I can say is from my day of nursing and doctors. They really really cared about their patients and doctors once had consciences now all doctors do collect insurance collect patients money go home, put their feet up and do not think one bit about Patient because they don’t have consciences anymore, now My Husband has to sit at home in pain until the 12th due to their mistakes ! And My Husband never has ever taken advantage of his pain medication or been a pain in the butt to them about it but it is due today but because of their air and he not caring about his patients this is what happens! I would never recommend Dr. Jackson to no one because he proved he does not give a damn about his patients!"

"Dr Jackson is unprofessional and does not care about his patients. My father is 85 just had 8 cm of his colon cut out from cancer and this smart guy decides to not fill his pain medicine. Due to an error on his part. I would not recommend this doctor as he is incompetent and not up to the task. If you admit your mistake then say it will be called in then have your nurse call right at close to say Dr Jackson cannot fill it. What a coward move. It amazes me how awful of service can come from a cancer center. Either get with the program or retire."
