"The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I called to try to see if my medication was in stock, since there has been a nation wide shortage, and every time I do the woman on the other line seems annoyed and always hangs up on me. Not sure why, but I don’t want to have to call every pharmacy in Knoxville either, so there is not reason to be rude."
"The pharmacist (not Mark, he's great) would not give my family the time of day. I prepped my kids for their flu vaccinations and had them ready to go but she refused saying she did not have enough time before lunch. We got there at 12:45 and their lunch is 1:30-2:30. She said she still had 30 prescriptions to check and I am a pharmacist myself so I know that is still plenty of time. She said they stop giving vaccinations at 12 but there was not any signage posted that said that and there is nothing mentioned when you call. She did not seem very busy except when I tried to talk to her so it seems like she just did not want to deal with us."
