Transitional Anger Management Services

Transitional Anger Management Services is a health institution located at 3740 Business Drive in Germantown, Tennessee, United States. Services offered include improved communication and interpersonal skills, greater self-acceptance and self-esteem, ability to change self-defeating behaviors, better expression and management of emotions, relief from mental health conditions, increased confidence and decision-making skills, stress management, improved problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Transitional Anger Management Services is now accepting Cigna and BCBS Tennessee Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The goal of anger management at this institution is to help individuals develop and implement positive coping skills when expressing feelings and managing physiological responses triggered by upsetting situations. While anger is a normal emotion, it can become destructive if not managed properly. The institution offers individual counseling, group sessions, and a ten-week anger management course to help individuals learn acceptable expressions of anger and eliminate violent and self-destructive behaviors.

Various group sessions are available, including Mental Health Group, Anxiety & Stress Management Group, Anger Management Group, and Cancer Support Group.
