"Took my car for the second time thinking it would be the same great experience I had the first time. That wasn’t the story at all. This time I needed someone to fix the gas gauge that some one at night broke into & took all my gas. I was told it would be done in a couple hours & had to continually call to know any update on the car. The business didn’t show any sense of urgency to call me back to even give any update & needed to be left for one day. The only reason why I knew after business hours the update on my car was because I had someone else call for me and see they had any luck in getting a hold of someone. The next following day receiving the car back the full interior & exterior was full of cat prints and bunch of fur all over the seats, dashboard, & steering wheel. Once I was able to finally get a hold of the owner once again he apologized and said he left the doors open throughout the night & the cats walked in the car. Unknowing that my car wasn’t even locked or showed any care for my car makes me think twice before taking it to this place. I wished this business was consistent with their customers, showed a sense of urgency to the customer and car. That being said I’m taking my business somewhere else."
"Really great customer service. Was able to get my car up on a Saturday afternoon. Drove me to my house until they were finished. Instead of telling me what I needed fixed he showed me, and told me what he was doing to fix it. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, great experience."
