"Wife and daughter's favorite Ross to shop. They spend about an hour scouting for deals. Store clean and well organize. Large clean, safe and well lit parking lot. Plus, I can go next door to Wal-Mart for fishing tackle."

"The place is quite messy and the service is really bad at least from one individual. After I put my 4 items on the counter, the cashier stood there doing absolutely nothing and said to me: "remove the hangers" (2 of the 4 items had hangers) I said: no, that is your job". She pointed at a rack with hangers and she said "well everybody is doing it" and I again said "no, that is your job and at a minimum you should say please". After I paid, she realized that she forgot one midium size handheld mirror and she said "there is another one, but it was not my fault because it was behind the dresses" (she probably meant underneath the dresses on the counter). She said she was one of the managers, and I told her she really shouldn't be. This used to be a nice store, but I will not come back."
