"Samantha at the Brea Mall store was soo helpful! I went in because I had received a bathing suit that I ordered in the mail with a small hole in it. I had already emailed customer service but they hadn't gotten back to me in over a week. So, at the suggestion of a friend, I went into the store. Samantha was so kind and helpful, explaining options and helping me to order a replacement. She didn't make me feel rushed, even though the store was busy and only had 2 people working. She also was sure to acknowledge everyone in line. Wish corporate customer service was as good as the in store personnel. Thank you for all your help Samantha!"

"I visited the new location for the first time yesterday and at first I was impressed by the size. It's so great that the stores bigger now. Although I know everyone's here for the clothes but I was so disappointed with the minimalist look. The fitting rooms look like a public restroom at a park. Just awful looking and a little dirty. Other than that everyone was nice and got some great deals on clearance!"
