"The one star is for the customer service. This is a very nice location with lots of clothes to choose from. However, last week on March 10th around 1030am I went to go look for an outfit for my birthday party. This was the 4th mall I went to because I just couldn’t find anything that I liked. After about an hour or so trying on clothes I finally found the perfect outfit. I could tell the lady at the front (Teresa or Tessa) was frustrated with me because I kept asking her a lot of questions. I tried to make small talk so she was aware of what I was doing. I went to go check out and she informed me that they don’t accept Apple Pay. I said okay no problem! She let me know that she can leave it on hold till the end of the day at 9pm. I said okay, I’ll be back! I left the store around 12 & didn’t come back till 7pm. When I came back she had left & did not leave my clothes on hold. I had put a skirt and crop top on hold and they were the last two sizes In stock. I was very very very upset as I had driven 45 minutes for nothing. This is left a bad taste in my mouth. I love Windsor but that is just unacceptable."

"I was in a bind and was not going to be able to get the dress my daughter wanted until later, not guaranteed they would have her size. The manager Danielle assisted without hesitation and provide another option within her power! All the young ladies we encountered in this store have the exceptional attitudes. Thank you for helping me make my daughter's night at the Marine Ball possible!"
