Walgreens Pharmacy

"The worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have zero communication with each other. I deal with the same issue every single month over and over again. I wish I didn't have to use this pharmacy. Plan on getting your prescription not the same day or waiting hours! Also I'm updating this review as of 01/17/24 something seriously needs to be done about this Walgreens. I have never in my life dealt with a more immoral, incompetent, horrible Walgreens in my life. The workers lie and make up anything to just get you off the phone, no one actually cares about you or whether you have to go weeks without a medication just because they don't feel like doing their job. Some serious cleaning needs to be done at this place."

"I have to say goodbye. The people are very nice, but they are significantly understaffed. Every order is inexplicably delayed. The app is never correct, so a phone call is almost always required. Expect a hold time of no less than 30 minutes and usually 45. When they do get the order finally right, expect a wait time of 30 minutes or more for pickup both in the drive thru and inside. Walgreens needs less customers or more staff to turn their operation around. They choose to not add staff, so I will help their problem by going elsewhere. This has been a problem since Rite-Aid closed across the street. They never addressed the issue."

"I have never seen a line like this… literally a hour in line inside for a prescription… 6 people behind the counter… I’m seriously considering changing my pharmacy because this is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!! Little girl behind the counter trying to be funny “oh we are hiring if anybody needs a job” clearly if ur tht “short handed” u don’t appreciate the employees u do have!!! Pull it together cause yall are losing customers by the handful!!! Pic took at 3:58, checkout 4:52 God forbid u try to call cause u will be on the phone for a whole 8hr period just for someone to hang up on u Update called again due to mishap with the app saying one thing and the pharmacy saying another… got hung up on after 25 min on hold called and spoke with the manager who has a smart mouth stating she has been on the pharmacy all morning and no one has hung up on anyone… handed the phone off to the pharmacist…. I have degraded their stats from 2 to 1 due to the Mickey Mouse show that pharmacy is running…. Go to another pharmacy this one is not worth ur time effort or sanity!!!!"

"Stood in line for 30 minutes to get a flu shot. Then told to wait for the Pharmacist who didn’t even acknowledge my presence while I stood there waiting again for another 10 minutes. Finally just gave up. Don’t go here for a flu shot."

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve been to. No one is friendly. No one has a smile on my face. It Looks like they’re as miserable as we are waiting on them to get our medicine. It’s ridiculous!"
