"Not a new patient but a senior on Medicare prescription plan. My prescription was called in by my Dr. go to pick up my prescription at pickup and present new RX card. Have to go wait in line at drop off window to give them new card. Go back to pick up wait, find out my RX is over $400, so I say I will have to use good rx. Told have Togo to drop off window to see if it is covered. Go back to drop off and it is covered. He does something in computer and I go back to pick up and am told I have to go back to drop off to have them change it in the computer. Done. Then back to pick up to finally get my prescription. Week later, I call and ask about another RX, is it ready and how much. Info given yes IT was ready and $20. Go to pick up, stand in line, get up there and it is 2 prescriptions rather than one. I ask why and am told she doesn’t know I will have to go to drop off window to find out. I left and do not planning on going back to this totally incompetent pharmacy."

"Called to complain to manager about cashier at the pharmacy. His attitude was horrible. Instead of asking if he had the right product, he told I should've been more specific. Maybe I should have, but its not good customer service to say it with a nasty tone. I did ask for product that had a certain price. But he wouldn't check it. Said he couldn't get the product until he put my info in, then he couldn't take it off. Well guess he did, I wasn't paying for something I didn't want."
