"I have shopped at the Springfield, TN location for 19yrs & always found great clothes & house hold items & loved it. But now, they are understaffed, the store is messy & dressing rooms filthy! They need corporate to come clean house!!! I had a really bad experience this last visit. If you print a coupon stating an “extra” 50% off for family & friends then honor that. The cashier wouldn’t even scan it! She kept saying it was for the blue signs!!! I never have this trouble at Kohls. I’m changing stores."

"We had a birthday party here for my 1 year old daughter….and it was not the obvious choice of a birthday party for a 1 year old but she LOVED it! We had her older cousins so it was a great activity for them. The grandparents and parents had fun as well, and I felt like there was something for everyone. We did the 2 hour party package and I think it actually wasn’t enough time to do food, play golf and games, sing happy birthday, and open presents! We would have loved to stay longer. The inside is smaller than the pictures seem online, but we didn’t have a ton of time anyway so it was perfect. The party room itself had nice decorations and fit at least 20 people, it could have fit more but it would be crowded. The staff, Ashley T. and Caitlin were super helpful and amazing, they made it great as well. They accommodated the time I wanted when I booked. They also let us bring our own food but they had extra cups and napkins if we needed them. Overal a great and memorable experience!"
"Had a slight issue ( a big issue for my wife). Called the store, Mgr. Alex, who immediately took it upon himself to correct. He personally packaged and sent her the items. Received in 2 days. Outstanding. He really cared."
