"If I could give Bucci 0 stars I would. He intentionally robbed me. I booked through Booksy. He told me to pay him through Apple Pay instead of completing the payment through Booksy. He then proceeded to mark me as a no show in the Booksy app and did not want to give me a refund for my deposit. I had to go through the bank and went ahead and got all of my money back. He’s a thief and a begrudging little elf."

"Ren is quite literally the best barber out there! I've been going to In the Cut since I moved to San Diego last year. And each time I go, I am more than pleased with my haircut. Ren is both attentive and considerate whenever I come in. She is also really flexible with regards to scheduling (which works great for me because of my work calendar). Being a women with short hair, I had my worries going into a new barbershop - not knowing if I'd walk out with regrets. It's hard to find a barber who is willing to listen, open to trying new styles, AND knocks it out of the park every time. But, whenever I book with Ren she does just that! I leave, every time, happy and more confident than before. She really knows what she's doing when it comes to barbering. "First time I went to this barber shop and had a great experience and got an amazing haircut I think maybe from the owner. I forget the name but I will try and find it. This time I went in and he wasn't there but *bucci fades(what is on his business card was there. My hair was long since it was a couple months since I got a hair cut since I have been very busy. Told him I want a skin fade on the top and wanted him to cut half off the top. He barely talked to me during my entire cut. And he literally used buzzers to cut the top of my hair super short. It's probably 1/8 to 1/10th what it was before. And that was just in the middle of the top. The edges all around where long as heck. Literally worst haircut I have gotten in a very long time. Didn't realize even how bad it was til I got home. Don't think I will ever come back."
