"The salon owner was very nice and helpful I did go in for a fill and she didn't use acrylic just gel and all my nails broke within the next 4 days they were all my natural nails underneath and now I have to start all over"
"Would give zero stars if possible. Literally called to ask some questions about eyelash extensions and they refused to answer any questions. They said I can either make an appointment or not but they would not answer any of my questions - I mean literally not 1 question. I almost laughed out loud as if I'm going to let someone put eyelash extensions on my eyes and work near my eyes without confirming if they know what they're doing and what products they are using? Terrible customer service. Anyone should be alarmed, concerned and never go to a place that will not answer any questions about a service before getting a service done at that place. Be warned."

There were no hair like strokes, it looks like she simply sharpied on an eyebrow-like shape and then filled it in with a different color. This is permanently on my face now. And now of course she won’t return my messages."
