They will rob you off your money I went to get my nails done and get it fixed first off they didn't take off the nails I already had on by another location they placed another set on top of it it chipped in 3 days on four nails and broke off what a waste of money and time I will definitely tell my friends not to come here and have the word out that this place is of low quality and customer service sucked they even charged me to take it off person taking off the nail Jessica seemed annoyed taking them off she was the one that putted the nails on like your a nail tech you suppose to know what you are doing it's a SCAM DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE!"

"I did have to wait for a little but I came as a walkin last minute, so I didn't expect to be served right away. But I got a gel pedicure and it was amazing. She went above and beyond for my toes especially since I hadn't gotten my toes done in 7 months. I would definitely come back and am going to for sure. Thank you Kathy's nails for an amazing pedicure"

"Unfortunately this was a really bad experience. They used unclean and old towels and I purchased the more expensive service for the spa pedicure . There was a lady who started in a bucket and they did the service so slowly with her and and sped through my mothers design . I was trying to explain what my mother needed and she pushed me out of the way . They are incredibly disrespectful , unwilling to listen and of course I will not be returning."
