"i asked to go 3 shades LIGHTER brown, he dyed almost all of my hair darker than it was to begin with, to the point where it looks black, my hair has never been this dark in my life. my friend asked for a couple low lights to blend her roots in, but she wanted to keep her blonde. she is a complete brunette now. haircut was good but we came for the color (did not initially even ask for a cut) and we were severely disappointed. would not recommend to anyone. the stylist does not listen to what you want at all."
