"In no way does this rating update reflect Sofia's service but Tune Up policy. Apparently being a loyal customer means very little. Called to schedule an appointment because of my busy schedule had a couple mins while driving and couldn't even do it over the phone. Was told phone appointments are for VIP only. ----------- We've been going to Tune up Carlsbad to see Sofia for all 4 of my guys for over a year and she is the best! Her fade skills are always on point!"
