Manager didn’t even attempt to understand hairstyle or talk with me directly and tell me what she could do. I’m not going to say it was due to my color but it felt that way."

"I went here last minute for my birthday and I wanted a Mohawk curl and they did a fantastic job as well as cleaned up my hair. Before and after photos. As well as the lady who did my hair was so sweet."
"Went here because the place I normally go to had a long line and they said there was no wait. On the phone they said no appointments, but because they said there was no wait, I wasn't too upset. I got there and they said 20 minutes, longer than I was told on the phone, but again not a huge deal. The problem is it actually took them an hour to see me and the haircut was quite expensive. Haircut was good and quick, though, and they were very nice. I just hope next time they will be more transparent and honest about how long the haircut will take."
