"The workers are busy talking to each other. They didn’t even bother asking if we needed help. Update: I came back on the 28th and felt discriminated. We didn’t get a welcome when I came in with my group. Instead, the worker just looked at us and he welcomed the other people who just walked in behind us."
"Small store but employees are so sweet. The manager here is so helpful, honestly he is the best in terms of customer service and the small talk. Very knowledgeable on the products he has all the prices memorized. Useful advice especially when wearing docs on a rainy day, there is a way to waterproof them."

Not only did she help me pick out an awesome new pair of docs but gave me so many tips & tricks to help me take care of them in the long run & break them in! "I came in here to return the jorge mules in ocelot and they were like "nah don't return them, they're fire" (they also don't take online returns, I didn't know) and JJ was so helpful all around. Another employee offered to box them back up for me and get me a Dr. Martens bag which was nice for like no reason. The store was packed with people, we had a freakin double stroller (and three kids) and I feel like I was given the best customer service ive had in like ten years. Moral of the story is that my shoes are so sick, Im really glad I came in here!"
