"First, the shop, people and service was outstanding. This review is covering the rest of the experience, which I still can’t get resolved. I purchased a new travel trailer tire from this location in April 2022, it was covered under warranty through Hercules Tire. They had to send the tire to ATD for “warranty verification”, which I know is the correct process. I was told to call back (I’m not from the area) in two weeks to have the refund sent to my credit card after the warranty verification process was completed. I’ve called several times, and when I ask for the refund, no one speaks English at that point. The shop that I purchased from gave me another shops number, where again, no one spoke English when I ask for the warranty refund. However, the day I bought the tire, there wasn’t a problem with speaking English. I’d really appreciate my refund, it’s not a cheap tire and I know the warranty process is complete because I called ATD and verified it myself. I still have the receipt for when your ready to finish the transaction."
