"I recently had the pleasure of meeting this amazing woman, Alice Dang. And when I say shes amazing its an understatement. Having psoriasis and being an introvert I dread getting my hair cut, so I tend to show up looking like Captain Caveman. If you know you know. Well not only did she help me take 10 years off with a really precise cut but she also introduced me to a line of tea tree hair care products that have since improved my psoriasis! But that was the second most amazing thing. Because when she heard i was taking care of my son by myself and that his hair was in bad shape she insisted on taking care of him that same day. I'll never forget how much Alice cared about a stranger and his son on that day. Thanks Alice, for replacing my dread with a friend, we'll see you soon!"

"I recently got my japense hair straightening done from Alice. She used Liscio products to straighten my hair. After I washed my hair after 3days to my surprise I saw how dry, damaged, frizzy and rough my hair felt. I was in tears to see this. Honestly my hair was so much better before getting this treatment done. I feel the stylist did not understand my type of hair also my hair is not even touched or straightened near my hair line. I am so very disappointed. Wow, This treatment was supposed to transforms curly, unruly, frizzy hair into soft, manageable hair but it did not do any one of these. I fixed another appointment and went back to her to show my hair. She was just not ready to talk and she gave me a free Olaplex hair perfector product and asked me apply it 3times a week and I have already used it and did not help. This is not the first time I got my hair straightened I have done it before from a different place and always had good results and I really don't understand what went wrong in this treatment. Overall this is so disappointing and never going back to her again."
