"Do NOT go to Alice at this location. I went in to get a simple trim and to make an appointment for a dye job. I had brought the dye because my last dye job (and first) I didn't have enough product and the lady had to scrounge to finish it. Anyways, Alice manipulated me into cutting more of my hair off than what I wanted off, then proceeded to totally mess up what my actual dye job would end up being. It looked great initially but since the product was purposely improperly applied there is now four inches of my hair from the roots out NOT DYED. Alice did this as she was trying to convince me that I needed to bleach out my Grey hair. WHAT?!?! I tried to hint to her that I already knew what my Grey hair would look like dyed by asking her if she was going to use something to take the rest of my old dye job out of my hair but she refused to even acknowledge that I said anything. Then I tried to use a different tactic by letting her know that the next time I do my hair I had already planned on bleaching it all out for a two toned dye job. She continued to barely put anything at the base of my hair while literally flinging most of the product at the ends of my hair. DO NOT GO TO ALICE. SHE WILL NOT DO YOU RIGHT AND WILL STILL CHARGE YOU KNOWING SHE HAS MESSED THE JOB UP INTENTIONALLY!!!!"

"Got my kids haircut from alice and am not happy with it. The haircut isn't even. She rushed into cutting and I didn't like it. When cutting the partition was uneven. It wasn't something that I had shown her in pic. I thought she was not interested in cutting a kids hair but just took us to fill her time. Ultra is better than this place.. She asked me to pay in cash cos she thinks she's giving me a good price by $25 kids haircut. Very disappointed bad customer service too.."

"Meral is amazing! She is so sweet, and did the best job! I had her give me high lights, a cut, and she put in hair extensions for me.She also styled my hair perfectly! I left the salon feeling so beautiful! She knows exactly what she is doing, and knew exactly how to give me beautiful blonde hair,not to mention a great scalp massage! Also everyone who works there is so friendly!"
