"Worst experience ever!! Avoid avoid avoid..!! We moved from Mexico to Luxembourg, and the combination of the Mexican moving company, Movers, and Inter Trans Insurance was the worst experience ever!! Several items were broken and the two companies in crime, both refused to cover :("

Someone needs to put a stop to this dishonest company! They are all scammers and in cahoots with the shipping companies that use them. As you can see from all other reviewers this company does nothing and will not pay your claim even though you are 1000 percent in the right."

"I am not recommending this company. My goods were very delayed and damaged and no one is eager to process the claim. It is better to use more experience and expensive companies. This company is scam not worthy to pay for insurance. Photos in attachments. I did a claim but they are pushing the responsibility to other companies... and waiting endless for some documents. The peek of theirs ignorance was when they asked me to contact the movers companies by myself... fed up with whole process as it is taking months."

"They are an absolute con. You're better off not insuring than insuring with these guys. The moving company destroyed our near new lounge suite by misplacing a key component, one that itself cannot be replaced because the manufacturer no longer uses the fabric. They completely rejected the claim because "Insurance does not cover missing items, including concealed missing, unless exceptions are noted at time of delivery on the mover’s paperwork indicating the item is missing". The claim was for the lounge suite that wasn't missing, but rendered worthless."
