"100% recommend. Such a great experience. Helpful staff listened and worked with me to figure out what I actually needed. One of the best times I've had with a salesperson. I had an old neglected bike I just wanted to use around town that needed a lot of repair. The initial quote for a full service was more than I expected, and I didn't feel like it was worth it for the old bike. We talked through the price of just buying a new bike in the store, and discussed cheaper ideas to make my bike work for all I really needed it for. In the end, we settled on a cheaper repair route that I'm extremely happy with. I never felt pressured to spend extra money, and it actually felt like we were working TOGETHER to solve my situation. So excited to have my bike back."
