I always get told that someone will reach out to me to follow up, but I never hear back from them. They were very responsive when I was first buying my policies through them, but now that I need to cancel they have been completely unresponsive."

I thought I might have to use the FAIR plan for several years, but when I called Great Park, they were very kind and helpful, and Julius sent me several quotes that compared evenly with my previous coverage. Our communication has been good, and though I would have liked to meet the folks there in person, we did everything, including signing documents and making payments, online, which was pretty convenient. I generally don't need much attention unless I need to file a claim, so I'm hopeful that everything will go smoothly at that time. Based on my interactions with them (Julius Yang was my contact there), I would recommend."
