"I called for quotes on 3 cars + 1 motorcycle. Quote given was dble amount what we currently pay. We don't even have any tickets on our record. I asked why so high and was told computer is the one that gives the quote. I asked if that is the price everyone pays? He said no, there are people that pay less. I asked, my neighbor with the exact same cars + motorcycle could be paying much less than my quote? He said yes. I asked why would I have to pay double and others don't? His demeanor became extremely rude, wouldn't let me talk, & said I am not paying anything why do I say I'm paying double! I was trying to speak and he continued with his rude demeanor and very unprofessional. I've been insured w/Farmer's in the past (10+ yrs ago) and have never ever dealt with anyone so rude. IT ISN'T NORMAL FOR SOMEONE'S BEHAVIOR TO GO FROM KIND AND PROFESSIONAL TO RUDE!"
