"Misleading agancy. They said $700 for 6 month policy, $400 down then $60/mo. When I found a better rate a month later and cancelled, I found out the insurance was really $360 for 6 months and they had actually charged $340 just to do the 10 minutes of paperwork to get the policy started, which I could have done myself. Not worth it!"

"So far customer service is not that great. They are always busy and they put you on hold most of the time. They should be more organize on their telephone calls. Them aanswering calls while talking to clients not a great idea. Plus once you talk to one person they expect you to keep talking to same person which it's hard to get a hold of that person. Their excuse is always I don't know you should get hold of the person you spoke to. Whats so hard on checking in my account and to find out!!"
