"I've been waiting for a payment for two months, through multiple communications from my healthcare provider, and they are still unable to "evaluate" my claim without basically exthorting her and Iinto giving them ALL of my protected health information since March because I have a mental health disorder and apparently a summary of my symptoms and treatment isn't enough to make that decision. Don't buy this insurance if you are suffering from an "invisible illness" they will do everything they can to starve you out."
"Each year is more difficult than the last to file ANYTHING with this company! Today i had to file STD for an upcoming procedure and it took 2 phone calls( the first one hung up) and i was transferred to 7 different people that had NO CLUE of what to do! Now mind you i have been dealing with them for several years due to my cancer situation and required surgeries. Each time its the same! get the run around and then they bury me in paper work! Our company changed providers and started using Unum and its made more sicker than my dreaded cancer! I can't STAND this company! The quality is awful!!!"
