"Dr. Wu changed my life! I came to his office with a severe underbite and very crowded teeth as an adult. I was always told that fixing these issues would require jaw surgery. Dr. Wu was able to transform my teeth non-invasively through braces and elastics. When I’ve had to travel nationally or internationally, Dr. Wu was always able to refer me (he is very well connected and incredibly respected in the field, with great reason). He is absolutely incredible. Every one in the office is brilliant, kind, and supportive. The office uses the most innovative care available and yet is still incredibly patient- and person-focused. I cannot recommend Dr. Wu enough!"

"My daughter is early on her orthodontic journey but Dr. Wu and his staff have been unfailingly kind, informative, and professional. We are in the winter respiratory surge right now so everyone except the patients are masked, which is great. They explained the treatment plan and went through the dietary and dental hygiene changes with us carefully. My daughter was given an electric toothbrush and a water pick to make it easier to care for her teeth and the new appliances on them. So far my husband and I are very pleased with the care my daughter is receiving."

"4.5 stars from me! I had a terrible experience with an orthodontist in middle school, which left me with a good but no where near perfect smile and terrible jaw pain cause by bite misalignment. As an adult, for 11 months Dr. Wu and his team genuinely listened to my concerns when I said I didn’t like something- incredibly validating after a bad experience 8 years ago. They are true professionals, Dr Wu is amazing at what he does, and now I have a PERFECT smile and no jaw pain. -0.5 stars only because they have very few appointment availabilities and it often took 8 weeks or more for a follow up appointment. But that’s minor in the grand scheme. I am very pleased with my experience and am very happy with my smile:)"

"Great experience! To sum, consult on Thursday, braces on the following Monday! The wait was a bit long in the waiting room and then for the doctor, but probably afternoon appointments run late because of late patients. Otherwise, super excited how quickly everything went, seamless process - picture of my daughter and her teeth put before us seconds after scans was so cool! I was impressed with how the Dr spoke to both my daughter and me - really included her in the convo and decision making process. The options for correcting her teeth were clearly explained and thorough recommendations were easy to understand. Paying was easy and rep answered all my questions about insurance and how it will work if we get new insurance at some point in the process. The gift bag idea is so cool: gadgets to encourage teeth cleaning and a scanner to use in between appointments to advise the doctor as to any issues. It had both my daughter and me saying..."Wow! This orthodontist office is like being in the future!""
