"I have been a patient at Palo Alto Dental Group for the last 25 years. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment unexpectedly today due to some unavoidable reasons. However, I was informed for the first time that now I would be charged $58 for the late cancellation. I understand that policies may change, and it's reasonable to notify patients of these changes. However, I feel disappointed as a long-term committed patient to be treated as if I am someone who has abused their policies in the past. It's quite disheartening. The service has changed not for the better."

However, Palo alto dental group need to be transparent with Patients about the processing of the claim with different Insurance providers. i wasn't informed about my responsibility of the service after the insurance coverage. Dr Keller was so kind to let me make an emergency visit on the New Year Eve.. I was very grateful to have my fallen crown fixed on the same day...
