"Highly recommend doing Invisalign with dr.ho. His knowledge and expertise took care of me after all these years .He was guiding me on every step of the way. Everytime I had an appointment I would always feel very welcome and would treat me with care. For my visits he will explain to me on why I need to have my aligned in for 22 hrs a day and how to keep a good hygiene. He would also explain on how my hygiene could effect my treatment if I didn’t get my cleanings on time which I liked very much that means they do care for our patient needs. I appreciate Dr.ho and thank you very much for your service. Also thank you for all the wonderful staff."

I strongly discourage visiting this dentist office. Look at all the numerous 1 one-star reviews, which I urge you to consider, indicate issues with this establishment. When the patient told (Elaine), that the insurance does not require $1500 upfront, Elaine became visibly upset and reacted strongly. Locking the door on an elderly patient due to insurance matters is an unacceptable practice that leaves patients traumatized and causes undue distress. Your unethical practices not only harm your patients but also undermine the trust and integrity of the dental profession. It's crucial to prioritize ethical standards and prioritize patient well-being above all else. Dentists at Palo Alto Advanced Dentists should prioritize patient care over financial gain, and actions that harm patients' well-being should not be tolerated. It's essential that dental professionals maintain a high standard of care for their patients. Most importantly, please ensure that you do not take advantage of elderly patients, as their well-being and trust in your dental care are of utmost importance."

"I’ve been coming for years for routine service cleaning. When it came time to schedule a procedure. Dr Huang rescheduled last minute because he had family in town. Then on the day of procedure Dr Huang did not want to take the time to explain the procedures or show photos of the teeth. Therefore we didn’t go through with the procedure. I probably lucked out not doing any work here"
