"Very horrible experience. We were a party of 5 booked from 10am-12pm. As we were running a bit late and on the way, Zulaa did call asking where we were, I explained and she said “ what are you talking about on your way?” I explained I understand it’s at 10 but we have till 12 and we’re on the way. Ended up being 3 people instead of 5 so it wouldn’t have taken that long. She then told us “do not come I’m canceling all your appointments” and she said that I told her “okay I’ll leave a bad review” As my family still went to the salon she was talking very badly about us. As a business owner she needs to learn how to speak to her customers. Very rude and nasty. Never again. She needs to learn how to speak with her customers and not just hang up and cancel their appointment because they’re running late."

"My daughter had her first haircut experience today. Allie does a great job. She comforts the kids and as-well did a wonderful hair cut.I also had a haircut done right after my daughter .We both totally love it. I would recommend Allie for any age."
