"This is a job done at this place after the second day starter lifting!!!! I said I wanted my money back and the owner said “NO” She is not even at the shop any more, only “As needed! Because now she enjoys life!” That’s what Vicky said. I was very generous at the time of service leaving a $20.00.tip in cash. I asked for my money back, Vicky asked the owner for approval and this woman denied the my request. I will obviously not return to this place and need my $$ back, from an awful service. No wonder most of the time this place is empty!!!!"

"Tyler is amazing! Tina as well! Betty too! After going to Bollinger Nails in San Ramon two weeks ago, because I had a gift card to use, my gel nails, peeled off tips, broke off my nails, I went to Lana’s after my nails grew a little bit from the nightmare manicure at Bollinger Nails, Tyler and Tina did a great job so my nails will be pretty again! Thank you, Lanas Nails"

"Everything was super rushed. My toes still had excess gel and the pedicure wasn’t even sub par, no hot towel, no exfoliant, no scrub, just toes… She refused to cut my cuticles nor did she oil them after there was a lot of acrylic residue all over my fingers Was charged a bit much considering it was just a basic French tip."
