"I am sooo disappointed in my service today and last week (12-14-23) was horrible! When I lived in Alamo I came to Bollinger Nails for several years & was very happy. WHAT Happened??? My acrylic are a mess, no massage, no cuticle treatment, so thick & UGLY. When I came in today I just wanted a cleanup manicure today at 3~ NO one was in there. I aske the receptionist for a manicure & she could not figure out what I needed, neither could the technician~ For Goodness SAKE~ I just want my nails to look normal~ I am NOT asking for a Giant Cheese burger, just service provided by a nail salon.Warning*** RUN the OTHER WAY~ they are too lazy to do a normal service!!!! Will post the pictures so everyone can have good laugh!!!!"

"Figured I’d give the salon a try since they are down the street and reviews were mixed. The girl that did my nails seemed annoyed that I was there. I got a gel manicure and my nails were jagged and uneven so I asked her to fix them… she was annoyed I asked and quickly filed them and they were still uneven and jagged. She also filed my skin to the point I had cute all above my nail bed. Pretty disappointed and will not be returning. They had good color selection so I’m give them 2 stars."

"This was by far the worst nail work I have ever had done. The staff was perfectly lovely but the woman who helped me was clearly in a bad mood. She cut my cuticles and caused me to bleed on almost all of my fingers, it was extremely painful. She did a terrible uneven job of applying dip powder, was unable to shape nails in an almond shape, and said she could do a design I requested that she clearly could not. There was a lot of blood as she aggressively cut my cuticles. I am non-confrontational and was uncomfortable asking her to stop, which I should have. What a MASSIVE waste of $85. I will never go back."

"Very stingy with the polish. Presented me only two nail color rings but when someone else came in they went around everywhere gathering her every color they could. They put as few coats of paint as possible. I just KNEW they were going to have low prices. Nope high and very eager to show those Venmo codes for a tip. I went along with tipping but I'm unsatisfied and won't be back."
