"Over charge & fail from the first week. They were not even & not the color i asked for"

"5 star for my kids mani and pedi. The lady was awesome, patient and the kids’ seat were fantastic. 1 star for my mani and pedi. It was my first time here and Ken did my mani and pedi. Pedicure was done in 10 mins. Very quick and sloppy. I have never done deep powder so I went with his recommendation. My nails look misshaped and thick. All the skin around the nails are sore because he grind them while he was working on my nails. My hair get stuck between this thick material and nails when I run my fingers in my hair. The edges of this material are rough to touch. No hand massage or lotion either. I told him I don’t like the shape of my nails and they are thick and he said he liked them!!! They look good and they get better in time and honestly I did not insist as my fingers were burning already and I was afraid he would grind more of the skin!"

"I was given a gift certificate as a gift and brought my daughter. We both got manicures. It was her first time getting her nails done. I went to pay with my gift card and the owner would not not honor my gift card. She asked where I got it from and insinuated that I stole it because she said it was not filled out right? I had to pay for it and was furious. It was in front of the whole salon. So embarrassing. Never going back."

"If you care about healthy nails... not the place for you...Horrible service ! Went in for SNS dip. It was my first visit and 45 minutes before closing. I asked if they had time and they excitedly agreed to do my dip on my nails. I sat down with the older Male as he proceeded to try to put a sharp object under my old dip and RIP it off. I told him that hurt and asked why he did it that way and he said that it's the healthier way???!!! The owner came over to explain to me that was the only way to get dip off... no.. I've had dip for many years and soaking off is the appropriate method.. I asked to just pay for what he had started... two nail dip removal... they said $15...... take in mind removal via ripping off.... I kindly paid and left as he (Male technician) proceeded to talk...."

"I have been going there for quite some time now. I have never had a bad experience. The girls that have done my manicures and pedicures have all done a stellar job. I used to be a walk in, but now I make my appointment ahead of time. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Point being that they run on schedule! I find the atmosphere there lively, clean and fun! I always look forward to my pampering at The Fashion Nail Salon. I highly recommend them!"
