"I had an appointment at 1:00 on 01/20/2024. I arrived and waited for about 30 minutes before I decided to leave. I was originally very disappointed however the owner of the establishment reached out to me and was very accommodating, helpful and respectful. Although my schedule was very tight that day and I did not have time to go back to have the service done, I greatly appreciated the attempt and great customer service I received from the owner. Their appointment system is great and I love their text messaging enabled system. I can make my appointment via text message with the salon which is extremely helpful and never realized how much I needed at as part of the experience."

"So this place was really good under the old management. I’ve been coming to this place for 2+ years now without complaints until this year April. So someone new took over this place from April 2023. And ever since they have messed up appointments and overbook clients. So yesterday was pretty pathetic and hence my review. I booked for two gel pedicure manicure and the owner was there for a bit attending to appointments and cleaning up after customers. Then the owner abruptly left and the working girls there had to take care of cleaning up, setting up new clients, taking the phone and checking out customers. So the girls were distracted and they messed up pedicure manicure for us. They are pretty expensive but their service was so sub par. Apparently their receptionist also left early yesterday. Funny how the owner didn’t care about the business on a Friday evening when they are overbooked. Disaster ! I’m done with the place and would NOT recommend this any longer. Such a shame."
